Minnesota Lodge 1 Meeting
Moose Lodge, IGH
April 9, 2008

At 1830 hours the gambling meeting was called to order by President
Rothecker. Gambling manager D. Bjorkman gave his report for March. Net receipts,
expenses, taxes and fees . A motion was made to accept the performance report
was made then 2nd, passed. Bjorkman then went over the expenses for may,
(lg1004 available). A motion was made to approve the expenses, 2nd passed. Lawful
purpose expenditures, city of St Paul 226, BSA Troop 294 , LEMA , St Paul
Park Athletic Association , Rutgers School Reading Fund . A motion was made to
approve and send the items on to the general membership meeting, 2nd passed.
Motion to adjourn, 2nd passed.

1900 hours the general membership meeting was called to order by President
Rothecker. Roll call of officers, all lodge officers were present. A motion was
made to wave reading of last months minutes, 2nd passed. Treasurer report. A
lengthy report was made on the financial condition of the lodge to the
membership present. A per capita payment is due for national lodge of $722.00.
A motion was made to accept the report as given, it was then 2nd, passed.
Gambling manager Bjorkman gave his report to the membership. A motion was
made to accept the report as given, 2nd passed. He then presented the budget
for may. A motion was made to approve the budget, 2nd passed. Each expenditure
was given and all passed on a vote of the membership.
Rothecker spoke on the merchandise sales for lodge items. He will be
ordering more items for sale. It was brought to members attention that an
inventoried of items and a report on total sales and money brought in to the lodge from
sales should be made each month.
Golf tournament, May 27. Volunteers are needed for the event. Rothecker
stated that with other time commitments he is looking for a new chairperson for
this event. Anyone interested should contact him.
State meeting April 20-22, we have four members who have committed to
attending.
New business, none.
Old business, Rothecker gave his report on attending Western States
conference as a state board member.

Next meeting is set for May 14, 2008 at Moose Lodge 1088, 1830 hours.
President Rothecker will not be attending.
