Gambling meeting called to order by President Rothecker at 1800 hours. Present were Rothecker, Dalbec, Bjorkman,
Lynn Gannon, and VP Sloan. Gambling manager Bjorkman gave the gambling report for November 2003. taxes and fees.
Demoris sales were down and Alarys sales were up. Bjorkman reported on purchase of gambling supplies for the lodge.
Requests; Huffman, St Paul Park DARE $500, Disabled Vets Organization $4000, tabled, Friends in Need Food Shelf,
$1000, Police Uhity Tour, $1000, St Paul Boy Scouts $120. Motion made to approve the donation requests and table
the Disabled Vets request, 2nd passed. Bjorkman presented the budget for January 2004to cover rent, games, payroll.
(Form LG1004 available with cost break down.) Motion to approve the budget made and 2nd, passed. Motion made to
send the budget and request onto the general membership meeting, 2nd passed. Meeting adjourned at 1856 hrs.
General membership meeting called to order at 1909 hrs. Present were the President, VP, and secretary Treasurer
along with the membership. Motion made to waive reading of last month's minutes, 2nd passed. Dalbec gave the treasurers
report. We crurrently in our general account. No large outstannding bills. Checkbook and account statement was
available for inspection. Motion made to approve the report made and 2nd, passed. Gambling report made along with
the budget, motion made to accept the report, 2nd passed. Motion made to pay the requests as given, 2nd passed.
Old business, the lodge golf tournament will be held on June 1 at Stillwater Oak Glen. Polar Bear Plunge is set
for January 10, White Bear Lake. Motion made to have the lodge pay the first $75 for FOP plungers up to the first
20, to be paid from the gambling account. 2nd passed. New buisness, the lodge will pay for Dalbecs room at the
Washington DC Law Enforcemt cereomonies this may. Bjorkman will check to see if the State Lodge will cover cost.
With no other buisness a motion to adjourn was made and 2nd. Next meetin set for January 14, the SSP VFW.
