1800 hrs the gambling meeting was called to order by President Rothecker. Gambling manager Bjorkman gave his report for November. (lg1004 available for review). Motion made to accept the report and budget, 2nd passed. Motion to approve the following expenditures, City of St Paul tax $61.45, City of Cottage Grove mandatory donation $627.70. Motion made and 2nd, passed. Requests for funding, Greg Olson a donation of $500 for a scholarship in his son's name. It was discussed and amended to $1000 made out to the Best Foundation. Kyle Anderson Benefit $1000 (wounded solder from IGH to help family), Ski Association $2000, and amend the donation for deployed police officers families to $500 each, total $1500. Motion made and 2nd to send all the requests on to the general meeting for approval. With no further business the meeting was adjourned.


1844 hrs the general membership meeting was called to order by President Rothecker. Motion was made and 2nd to waive reading of last months minutes, 2nd passed. Secretary Dalbec gave the treasurers report. We currently have in our checkbook with the only future outstanding bill would be for a new computer for the lodge. The checkbook and bank statement was made available for review. Motion made and 2nd to accept the report. Passed. The gambling report was given, motion made to accept the report and budget, 2nd passed. Motion made to accept the donation requests as read, 2nd passed. New business, none. Old business, the golf tournament and plunge. The Lodge Golf Tournament will be the same as last year, tentatively set for May 31, 2005 at Oak Glen in Stillwater. Dalbec will contact Oak Glen and get the date set. We will be looking for our members to help locate sponsors and door prizes for the event. Jeff Rothecker will coordinate the sponsors and prizes. The Law Enforcement Polar Bear Plunge is January 8th at the White Bear Lake VFW. Check the Special Olympics website or our website for more information. The next meeting will be at Jersey`s in IGH on January 12, 2005.
