1800 hours the gambling meeting was called to order. Present was Bjorkman, Dalbec, D. Collins, Rothecker, Novak.
Bjorkman gave the gambling report. Requests, St Paul K-9 unit for $475, The Union Gospel Mission $500. Motion to send requests on to general membership, 2nd passed.

1900 hours the general membership meeting was called to order. Motion to waive reading of minutes, 2nd passed. Treasures report. Motion to accept the report, 2nd passed. Officers report, none. Gambling report, motion to accept the report, 2nd passed. Motion to approve the K-9 unit's request pending a LG555 report, 2nd passed. Motion to approve the Gospel Mission donation, 2nd passed. Committee report, golf. The lodges golf tournament will be held May 27, at Oak Glen in Stillwater. Anyone wishes to help contact Dave Titus. New business, Bjorkman presented a request for consulting fee on the gambling control board issues. He kept track of the hours he put in as 175 hrs. Plus costs for printing and travel included in this amount. Motion made by Novak to pay the bill from gambling, 2nd by Collins, passed. Unfinished business. A new gambling manager is needed and two candidates applied. Ed Rice and Don Bjorkman. Don Bjorkman was selected as the new gambling manager effective April 1st, 2003 subject to approval of the following items. Salary, month, purchase a laser printer and extra toner cartridge, est cost $600, software lease for a gambling program, $675 per year, and successful resolution to the items in our compliance review. Motion made to approve the salary by Collins, 2nd by Rothecker, passed. Motion to approve the purchase of the printer, 2nd passed. Motion to approve the software lease, 2nd passed. We should know prior to April 1st if the gambling control board approves our review.

No other business, meeting adjourned at 2023 hrs.
