of last months minutes, 2nd passed. Dalbec handed out the credentials for the
national meeting to be held in August in Louisville, Ky. Those going are President
Rothecker, 2nd Vice President Novak, Secretary Dalbec, Sgt at Arms Jeremy Ellison,
Don Bjorkman, Sheryl Bjorkman.
Treasurer's report, Dalbec reported that we have , check #4000 was made out
for purchase of clothing apparel for the lodge to sell. The account will be
paid back the full amount through sale of lodge merchandise. The golf account
has in it, and the general checkbook has in it. The checkbook and bank statement
were available for review. A motion was made to accept the report, 2nd passed.
Gambling report, Bjorkman gave his report to the general membership. A motion

was made then 2nd to accept the budget as proposed, passed. A motion was made
to approve the spending for St Paul fees, 2nd passed. No further requests for
donations were presented. Rothecker brought everyone up to date on the golf
tournament results. He said it went very well, everyone seemed to l have a good
time, 132 golfers this year. That is down from last year, but we were able to
clear more money than last year. He will be contacting ING to set up the interest
bearing account for the scholarship fund for our members kids. He will be setting
up a separate account to have the golf money in, again thorough ING. The silent
auction was a hit, we are supposed to get a check for $754 for the event. This
did not cost our lodge any money to put on and gave the event some added fun.
The pancake breakfast went off very well, with the lodge making $1300. We are
looking at having another one in the fall, probably at the IGH Applebee's, cost
would be $5 per person. Merchandise, we have made around dollars on sales of
our lodge items. The golf tournament account will pay for the 16 wind jackets
that were given to the Gold sponsors. There was some discussion concerning the
sponsors the Lawmen had gotten for themselves. We do not know what the lawmen
charge for hole sponsorships and our lodge is not responsible for providing
Gold Sponsor items to groups they sign up. There was some confusion on their
part during the registration of golfers.
New business, none. Old business, covered in during the course of the meeting.
Good of the order, Dave Mueller has been diagnosed with thyroid cancer and is
currently undergoing treatment. There is no date set for him to come back to
work. We have been in contact with his wife to provide support if she or their
family needs us. Jessica Billmeyer (IGH PD) has had a baby girl, everyone doing
fine, Corey and Katie Slefko (SSPPD) had a baby boy, again everyone doing fine,
our congratulations go out to both families. A motion was made then 2nd to send
a card and $25 gift card to both of them, passed.
With no further business, a motion was made to adjourn until July 11, 2007 at
Alary`s, passed.
Fraternally yours,
Randy Dalbec
