1801 hours J. Rothicker called the gambling committee to order. Present were Lutchen, Dalbec, Anderson, Huffman, Bjorkman, Rodgers, Titus and Slemmons. Gambling manager Lutchen advised he did not have statements for last month, that the information was with the accountant and unavailable for this meeting. He gave a budget projection for April . Motion made to accept the April budget, 2nd passed. Some discussion on the status of Alarys pull tab booth. Donation requests were presented. Sheila Lambi requested $500 for a Multiple Sclerosis event, Anderson for $2000 for the Tim Bough Golf tournament, Slemmons for $2000 for St Paul School Patrol event. Total request $4,500. Motion made to accept the requests and send them on to general membership meeting for approval. Meeting adjourned at 1824 hours.

1900 hours President Bjorkman called the general membership meeting to order. Motion made and 2nd to waive reading of last month's minutes. Passed. Dalbec gave the treasurers report. Motion made to accept the report, 2nd and passed. Mary Hokansen of Special Olympics and Rodney Seurer representing the Torch run presented our lodge with a plaque thanking us for our support of MN Special Olympics. Some discussion on upcoming events. Gambling report given by Lutchen. Motion made and 2nd to accept the report. Passed. Motion made and 2nd to accept and pay the donations, passed. Vice President Rothicker did not have anything to report. Old business, Titus thanked our lodge for the support in the Guns And Hoses event. New business, the golf tournament. Titus will look for a new chairman for this event. Bjorkman would like anyone interested in golfing at events, usually for free, contact him and he will make a contact list. Call him at 651-457-6234. Next meeting set for April 10, So St Paul VFW. May 8, at Ogaras, June 12 at Alarys. Motion to adjourn, 2nd passed.
