At 1806 hrs the gambling meeting was called to order by President Rothecker. Gambling manager Don Bjorkman gave his report for February. A motion was made then 2nd to accept the report, passed. There was discussion on the opening of a new site at DeMoris in Oakdale. Gambling manager Bjorkman is working with the City of Oakdale on getting this new site opened. The budget for April was presented. (lg1004 available for review). A motion was made then 2nd to approve the budget, passed. Funding requests and fees to be paid. City of St Paul $48.48, City of Cottage Grove $586.37. Special Olympics $1,350, St Paul School Patrol $1,000. A donation of $1,000 to Kyle Kaszynski`s family, and a $1,000 donation to KBEM Radio.

At 1912 hrs the membership meeting was called to order by President Rothecker. With no officers reports a motion was made to waive reading of last months minutes, it was seconded then passed. R. Dalbec gave the treasurers report. We have in our account, with a second half payment due to national lodge. We had at this date members who still have not paid their dues for 2006. Anyone in arrears past mid April will be suspended, 2nd half per capita to national lodge is due May 1st. The checkbook and bank statement were available for review. A motion was made to accept the report then it was 2nd, passed. D. Bjorkman gave the gambling report to the members. A motion was made to accept the report was made then 2nd, passed. Bjorkman gave the budget for April, a motion was made to approve the budget, it was 2nd passed. The requests for funding was presented, a motion was made to approve the payments, 2nd passed. Old business, Golf. Donation request letters had already been mailed out, Lawmen will again be assisting with donations to the event. Rothecker has been in contact with Oak Glen on the arrangements for the event. New business. There was some discussion on donations to deceased members families as compared to non-members. It was generally agreed that donations to non-members, if made would be a $500 dollar limit. Members would be entitled to a greater amount of a least $1000. New business, Rothecker will be organizing who will be attending Aprils state convention. There was discussion on a new meeting location as the Gabes site just was not working out for increasing membership attendance and conducting a proper meeting. The next meeting will be held at the SSP VFW. With no further business, good of the order. Meeting adjourned at 2016 hrs.
