At 1809 hrs President Rothecker opened the gambling meeting. Gambling Manager Bjorkman gave his report for February. A motion was made to accept the report, 2nd passed. The budget for April was presented for $5,579. (lg1004 available for review). A motion was made to approve the budget, 2nd passed. Pre approval for the following items, city of St Paul tax $92.40, and the following donations. Police Unity Tour for $1000, St Paul Public Schools (school patrol) $1000, and Milwaukee Public Schools $500. A motion was made to approve these items, 2nd passed. With no further business a motion was made to adjourn, 2nd passed.

1900 hours the general membership meeting was called to order by President Rothecker. A roll call of officers was made, all officers in attendance. Secretaries report. A motion to waive reading of last months minutes was made then 2nd passed. Secretary Dalbec reported that there are 87 members who have not yet paid there dues for 2007 and one finale notice has been sent out to them reminding them. If members have not paid by mid April they will be dropped from the active membership list. Treasurers report, Dalbec advised we have in our account, over half is dedicated towards golf tournament. Check book and bank statement were available for review. A motion was made to accept the report and it was 2nd passed. Charitable gambling, Bjorkman gave his report and budget to the members. The charitable donations were presented, and a roll call on each one was made to approve then 2nd, all passed. New business, state conference at Grand Rapids. The date is April 22 - 24, members wishing to attend should notify President Rothecker of Secretary Dalbec. Emails have been sent out notifying members of this opportunity to attend at no cost to them. The national conference, this will be in Louisville. We should be able to send 5-6 members from our lodge to this event. Travel will be by bus to help save on cost. The July state meeting will be held at the Mpls Eagles Club, Rothecker made a motion to help pay for the conference with Lodge 3, 2nd passed. Old business, Golf. Rothecker attended a conference on March 8, to help people who organize tournaments. Twincities.com will be attending again at our tournament. They also would set up a golf website for our tournament for $99. This would allow people to pay with credit cards. Some discussion on what kind of events to have during the tournament. Pancake breakfast, the cost is $10 but also includes an entry into a drawing for 3-4 items. Merchandise, Rothecker will be setting up the graphic design for our stuff and wants it done by the state conference in April. With no further business, good of the order. Dave Mueller has returned to work and is doing well. It was also reported that our lodge brother Jim Roberts dad passed away. A motion was made to approve $100 in his fathers name to a charity of their choice, 2nd passed. It was also noted that Fred Andersons father in law passed away, no memorial was requested. The next meeting will be held April 11th, at Georges Restaurant on Plato in St Paul. This was formally known as Awada`s on Plato. They have a meeting room downstairs that we can use. A motion was made to adjourn, 2nd passed.
