Gambling meeting called to order at 1800 hours. Gambling Manager Lutchen gave the report to the members. Discussion on the hours of operation for the pulltab boxes. Requests for funding were presented. Polar Bear Plunge will be held on January 26 at White Bear Lake.

General meeting was called to order by President Bjorkman at 1900 hours. Motion made to waive reading of minutes. The Secretary/Treasurer was excused from this meeting, minutes taken by Vice President Sloan. Treasurer Dalbec forwarded a report on the lodge's bank account Motion made to accept the report, 2nd passed.

New business. The booya will be held on November 11, 2001. Proceeds will go to the New York Police and Fire Fund. Sloan, motion made to donate $75 for a recruitment party. 2nd, passed. Discussion on mailing of minutes every other month. Minutes would be continuing to be posted on our Internet site (www.mnfop1.org} monthly. Bjorkman, discussion on setting up a concession stands at the wild games to raise money for our lodge. An appreciation plaque was given to Past President Titus for his hard work and loyalty to Lodge 1. Dave has moved on to President of the St Paul Police Federation and will have to devote more time to that position. Lutchen, discussion of a trip to Washington DC for Memorial week next may. Motion to adjourn, passed.
